The Canadian Lyme Disease Foundation is dedicated to advancing research, public and medical sector awareness, and prevention of Lyme disease and other tick-borne infectious disease in Canada (TBID).
We are working with provincial and federal governments on the creation of new laboratory, clinical, and surveillance guidelines for Canada for TBID.
One major goal of the foundation is the creation of research facilities in Canada capable of the necessary live tissue and post mortem study of Lyme disease and those diseases linked in research to it such as ALS, Multiple Sclerosis, Alzheimer's Disease, Crohn's Disease, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia etc.. Such facilities will also be able to test Canadians for lyme disease employing the latest technologies.
Please support us in our efforts. For full information please contact us.
