Details

Ryan Langlois has a story to tell. The journey through his mental health struggles and his road to healing is one that is all too common. Ryan will be walking 1 hour a day for 30 days starting September 4th, to raise awareness and funding for CMHA - Central region. With a little help from his friends and local dignitaries, he will walk daily, shining a light on mental health. Each day will bring a new walker, a new story to be told!

During this month of walking he will be raising funds to help our local chapter of CMHA. The daily walk - rain, shine, sleet or snow - signifies that we all have to deal with our mental health everyday, no matter the circumstance. Why the guests walkers? Because though we may feel like it, we never walk alone. It’s a great way to bring awareness and break the stigma of mental health. We may even write a song along the way. Together we can help save families, relationships, and lives! Partner with us as we walk for Mental Health Awareness.

Ryan Langlois is a Red Deer singer songwriter. He is currently participating in the Project Wild Country Artist Development Program as one of twelve artists throughout Alberta. He is a Husband, Father, and your local Atco Gas Guy! You can learn more about Ryan, his story and his music at…..
