We believe in enabling individuals, groups and communities to enhance their mental health. We believe in social justice, individual and collective responsibility, access to appropriate and adequate resources and supports, self-determination and maximum community integration. We believe that these elements are critical to mental health and a personally satisfying quality of life. In order to operationalize these beliefs we educate, inform, advocate, research, provide services, facilitate, coordinate and collaborate.
