Who are we? CMHA has been offering community based care since 1960.  We provide mental health and addiction services to almost 3,000 youth across Simcoe County every year.   Our youth centre is good but could be better with your help.

The launch of the “Youth Shine” Campaign will make our centre more inviting and able to offer additional resources for our youth and families.

With 70% of mental illness arising in adolescence early intervention is essential.  Our youth should have access to timely, quality services in their community.  Options should be focused on health and wellness, not just illness.  We do just that every day.

Your donation will make a substantial contribution to the “Youth Shine” Campaign.   This facility provides a safe and comfortable environment where youth and their families access professional services, peer support, counseling, groups, education, and recreation.
