We'll Match Your Donation through 2026 and 2027! Here at Canadians Sharing Locally and Globally Charity, we really appreciate your hard-earned gifts that support this and our many other programs. To make your gift go a long way, we're going to match it through 2026-2027 to a maximum of $5000 in total all the way through to January 4, 2027.
There's more - we'll make your gift go even further! Not only are we all volunteers here with no paid staff, the expenses of our few operational costs, including rent, internet, accounting and office materials, are donated by the founders of Canadians Sharing Charity.
India is home to breathtaking wildlife, vast forests, and vibrant communities— but all of it is at risk because of climate change. Just last year, severe floods had impacted several regions. There is a high likelihood of more extreme weather events this year, including drought and heatwaves. Climate change is accelerating, threatening the environment, economy, and people's safety. We must act now to support those in India on the front lines of environmental disaster response. Our response towards climate change is to plant more trees.

As well as donating trees, we provide humanitarian services to underserved people by donating medicines and medical equipment, food and nutrition, educational scholarships and equipment, and disaster relief throughout India and worldwide.
