We'll Match Your Donation! Here at Canadians Sharing Locally and Globally Charity, we really appreciate your hard-earned gifts that support this and our many other programs. To make your gift go further, we're going to match it all the way through to January 4, 2027.

There's more - we'll make your gift go even further!  Not only are we all volunteers here with no paid staff, the expenses of our few operational costs, including rent, internet, accounting and office materials, are donated by the founders of Canadians Sharing Charity.

The Program

We are excited to share with you the initiatives undertaken through our Indian Tribal Welfare Program - A Double The Donation Campaign in support of indigenous communities in India. Our goal is to bring about positive changes in the lives of Tribal men, women, and children who often face numerous challenges in their day-to-day lives.

The Indian Tribal Welfare Program envisions a future where Tribal communities can thrive and overcome traditional socio-economic challenges.

The long-term vision of the Indian Tribal Welfare Campaign - Double Your Donation!* includes:

- Continued educational support to bridge the educational gaps among indigenous children including books, desks and educational equipment.

- Establishment of a fully equipped computer centre to train Tribal children in digital techniques.

- Distribution of clothing including women's sarees and men's dhotis to supplement the basic clothing needs of the communities.

- Distribution of warm blankets to supplement the basic clothing needs of the communities.
