Mission & Mandate Mission The CAP santé mentale is a provincial (Quebec) non-profit community organization whose mission is to bring together, represent, support and mobilize organizations working with loved ones of people with mental health problems and to bring the voice of loved ones to the national plan. Mandate All of our work aims to promote communication and exchange between our members, develop their collective strength and their expertise, bring their voice and their interests to political and decision-making bodies and partners, without forgetting the interest shown in research and development projects that meet the needs of member organizations. In addition, we raise public awareness of the impact of mental illness on members of the entourage and finally, last but not least, we encourage the actualization of their potential.
