Who we Are
Capilano Community Services Society is a registered non-profit serving communities in the three North Shore municipalities: the District and City of North Vancouver, and the District of West Vancouver.
We began in 1970 as a grassroots response to the needs of the Lower and Upper Capilano Area for support to both youth and seniors in the community. Today, we continue to serve a large number of North Shore residents through targeted programs and services.
What We Do
We provide programs and services for people of all ages across the North Shore.
We are committed to minimizing potential barriers to participation by offering no-cost and low-cost social programs and support services via outreach and onsite at Lions Gate Community Recreation Centre.
Our programs appeal to people of all ages who want to have fun, stay active, learn together and feel supported by and connected to their community.
