Since 1981, Catholic Family Services of Peel-Dufferin has provided professional and affordable counselling services to all people who come to the agency seeking help, with a specialized focus on families impacted by domestic violence. CFSPD’s staff and client base is as diverse as the Region it serves. With capacity in 12 languages onsite, the agency reaches out to newcomers, immigrants, and people of all faiths. Our Walk-in Counselling Clinics provide accessible services to the community and is our “front door” through which clients can access a range of services.

Our vision is to achieve an inclusive community of healthy individuals, strong relationships, and resilient families. Our mission guides this vision, which is to strengthen and enrich individual, family, and community life.

Over the years, CFSPD has become a leader in the development and delivery of collaborative programming to better serve some of the Region’s most pressing social service needs. Several of these programs include:
