CAUSE Canada is well-positioned to intervene and provide support during the COVID-19 pandemic. We have well-trained nursing and outreach teams who understand the communities where we are working – the populations, language, health systems and needs – and are experienced in dealing with crisis response, including health emergencies such as the Ebola virus outbreak in Sierra Leone.

We know during crisis, such as the COVID-19 outbreak, is it the most vulnerable that suffer disproportionately.
