The CENTRE D’AIDE ET D’ENCADREMENT DES JEUNES (CAEJ) is a Canadian charitable organization whose goal is to promote the social reintegration of abandoned youth from disadvantaged backgrounds by building on positive individual reinforcement, development of personal skills and competences, and reinvestment of learning. To this end, we want to develop in these young people their leadership and their autonomy, to make them independent of international aid, and to make them vectors of development and change for their immediate environment.
