As housing crises and mental health challenges reach unprecedented levels, demand for our services has more than tripled in recent years – yet funding has not kept pace.
Each day, our team offers vital frontline support through:
- Active Listening & Counselling: Compassionate, confidential support for emotional and psychological challenges.
- Housing Searches: Helping individuals find affordable housing in a tightening rental market.
- Mail Reception: Secure mail services for those without stable housing, ensuring access to crucial documents and benefits.
- Accompaniment: Personalized support for clients attending health, legal, housing, or social services appointments.
We’re committed to expanding and deepening our services so clients can secure stable housing and reintegrate into their communities – but we urgently need more staff and resources to meet growing demand.
