Our mandate is realized through the following programs:

1. Community Participation Supports Program A specialized curriculum designed for adults living with developmental disabilities, focusing on life skills, social integration, and vocational training. This program fosters independence and confidence, enabling members to be respected and active participants in their communities.
2. Youth Achieving Dreams (YAD) A transformative program for youth aged 13-18, bridging the gap between adolescence and adulthood. By providing social, emotional, and life-skills training, YAD combats social isolation and prepares youth for a future of independence and active community involvement.
3. DreamWorx A hands-on job skills training program aimed at enhancing independence in community work placements. By replicating real-world environments in retail, grocery, and restaurant industries, members receive personalized coaching to thrive in their roles.
4. Beyond the Label Campaign An awareness initiative challenging societal labels and promoting inclusion. This campaign inspires communities to recognize the abilities and potential of individuals with developmental disabilities, fostering a culture of acceptance and empowerment.
