Through its range of services, it aims to help family members and caregivers realize their full potential. It also seeks to demystify the various issues surrounding mental health.

Centre Nelligan responds to the diverse needs of families and loved ones of individuals affected by a mental health disorder by pursuing the following objectives:

• Equip family members and caregivers with tools to foster a better understanding of mental illness and to maintain harmonious relationships with their loved one;
