What is a Baby Bottle Drive?
The Baby Bottle Campaign is a simple and impactful way for our community to support Options Pregnancy Centre Lennoxville. From Mother’s Day to Father’s Day, participants fill baby bottles physically (cash, checks) or here, online; to provide essential support for women facing unplanned pregnancies.
You can bring the bottles back to your church or to our Open House on June 27th from 10am to 12pm to get to know the impact of your contributions will have.
This is one of our biggest annual fundraisers, and this year we are offering the option to donate online as well. On top of handing out Baby Bottles for each family and participating groups, to fill with change, bills, or a cheque, we give you the option to 'fill a bottle' or more, by donating 30$ virtually, which is the average amount that each bottle usually contributes. Our goal is to fill 500 Bottles!
Our goals for this campaign:
1. Raise $15,000
2. Increase the number of our partners who commit to donating their resources or time.
Because we are a nonprofit organization and do not receive government funding, we rely on donors such as yourself to support our vital work! To date, our baby bottle fundraiser is our largest source of income. All proceeds from this fundraiser ensure that we keep our services available for this vulnerable population. In particular, those who commit to making monthly donations allow us to devote as much of our time and energy as possible to our clients.
Our usual services include:
- Free Pregnancy tests
- Exploring your Pregnancy Options
- Pregnancy support
- Material Support (baby clothes, diapers, maternity clothes, etc.)
- Pregnancy loss support
- Connections to needed services
- Birth Parent Support
- After Abortion Support (group & one-on-one peer support)
- Moms & Tots group
- Beyond Politics Workshop - How do I help her?
- Equip churches so they can be safe spaces.
Despite the economic challenges and current challenges facing Christian pregnancy centers, we continue to offer our services with joy, dedication, and confidence.
Finally, please pray continually for this this ministry, and especially for the women facing this particular struggle. There are far more of them around you than you realize.
We praise God for your generosity and support. Together, we can offer hope to women facing unplanned pregnancy or who have experienced abortion.
