In response to the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19), the Centre Wellington Community Foundation (CWCF) has created the CW COVID-19 Community Response Fund. This fund is a rapid response fund, pooling community donations big and small, thus multiplying each donor’s impact. For those who can help, your generosity will enable us to continue to support those organizations that are helping our community through the pandemic crisis.
This fund aligns with the Vital Signs Report of 2019 and recognizes the importance of charities and not-for-profits in the health and well-being of our community.
“In our discussions with those trying to serve the most in need, the importance and challenges of food security, transportation and Technology need urgent attention,” said Randall Howard, CWCF Chair. We continue to evaluate the urgent needs weekly.
