Champney's West Heritage Group (CWHG) is a nonprofit public entity incorporated in 2008 headquartered in the community of Champney’s West on the Bonavista peninsula, Newfoundland and Labrador.
All activities of CWHG are targeted to help facilitate educational efforts and awareness of “the historical essence” of its coastal community and the Newfoundland marine environment. They are designed to create value well into the future. The undertakings of CWHG are charitable and beneficial to the community and the region.
CWHG operates three key attractions; Ella Freeman Heritage House Museum, Champney's West Aquarium and the Fox Island Trail.
