Cheetah Conservation Fund Canada

about

The Cheetah Conservation Fund (CCF), founded in 1990, is the world’s leading conservation organisation dedicated to securing the future of cheetahs and their habitats across Africa. Combining practical research, innovative approaches to conservation, engagement of the local communities and successful land management strategies. CCF is focused on protecting the cheetah in the wild.

Cheetah Canada supports this mission by raising awareness, and securing funding for research, conservation programs, education, and cheetah care in Namibia and Somaliland. The cheetah is a keystone species and its viability has a direct impact on that of other wildlife and its ecosystems. In Canada, we are run by committed volunteers and 98% of your donations goes directly to our centres in Namibia and Somaliland.

Go to our website for more details on the various programs supported to ensure a future for the cheetah including - cheetah care, cheetah rewilding, livestock guarding dogs, Future Farmers of Africa, Future Conservationists of Africa and research.

Between Namibia and Somaliland Centres, CCF care for over 150 cheetahs, your support is key to help us give them the best care and provide a life closest to their natural habitat.
