CPCI is a licensed, subsidized, non-profit program providing quality care on both a full- and part-time basis.
Our Infant and Preschool programs are located at 17 Burrows Road. The Infant program is licensed for 8 children aged 12 weeks to 2 years old. The Preschool program is licensed for 16 children aged 2 to 5 years old.
Our School Age program is located within the F.W Gilbert School at 33 Massey Ave. The School Age program is licensed for 23 children ages 4 to12 years old. We are open for Spring Break as well as school P.D. days and summer holidays.
Children’s Place Co-op Inc. treats children as citizens with their own rights. Children deserve the opportunity to learn through exploring their environment in their own unique way. We strive to assist children in developing self-confidence and independence. We offer tools for emotional-regulation as children learn to understand their feelings. Our program is designed to help children, parents, and the community form a strong working relationship of respect and acceptance. We embrace principles of diversity and inclusion, and welcome all children to our centre.
