Joining in the revitalization of the Grange, the Anglican Diocese of Toronto is undertaking the renewal and renovation of the St. George by the Grange location.

St. George by the Grange (formerly known as St. George the Martyr) has been a witness in the community for 178 years, serving the needs of the neighbourhood, offering a location for worship, and providing a space for artists and musicians.

Members and staff of St. Paul’s Bloor Street have been involved in working with St. George by the Grange, working toward a renewal of the Church. While the parish is not being disestablished, there will be a “sabbath rest” from public worship for a season. We believe St. George will continue to be an integral part of the Grange community for decades to come.

We look forward to engaging with our neighbours as we plan for a future that includes worship, culture, service and outreach. Any donations made to St. George by the Grange will be directed to where it is most needed at that time. Thank you for your ongoing support.
