This a small Anglican church open from early June to early October each year providing services for residents and visitors to Sandy Cove.
About CHURCH OF THE NATIVITY
The Church of the Nativity was consecrated in 1844 by John Inglis, the first Lord Bishop of Nova Scotia and has served the community continuously since then. The church is located in the village of Sandy Cove on Digby Neck, about 35 km southwest of Digby on Highway 217.
The church is a part of the Diocese of Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island, the Rt. Rev. Ron Cutler, Bishop and the Parish of Digby Weymouth, the Rev. Helena "Mel" Malton, Rector.
