For nearly three decades, Angel battled in the shadows of mental illness. She felt isolated and trapped in her own mind. Amidst the darkness, a glimmer of hope emerged through the Chinese Mental Health Promotion Program of the Canadian Mental Health Association, Vancouver Fraser (CMHA-VF). This year, Angel has generously chosen to share her deeply personal journey as part of our Shine Bright fundraising campaign. 

Our program has helped Angel find hope, healing, and a renewed sense of purpose. Shine bright for many more who are facing mental health challenges by making a donation today.
