The Cobequid Wildlife Rehabilitation Center is planning to expand again, this time with a modular flight facility for owls. Designed with future growth in mind, the first stage of this project is an L-shaped enclosure with easily modified sections so we can maximize available space and cater to patients' specific needs. As a complement to our large eagle flight cage, this latest addition to the center will help us assess, monitor and improve maneuverability and endurance of small raptors, giving them a longer flight path to build strength and prepare for release.
