Born from a unifying and mobilizing citizen initiative, the Comité régional pour la protection des falaises has been working since 2003 for the protection and eco-responsible use of a 16 km² territory, endowed with ecological characteristics justifying its conservation, including and extending behind the escarpments of Piedmont, Prévost and Saint-Hippolyte.
Vision :
This territory will encompass a variety of protected areas having in common the desire of the owners, including us, to preserve their natural characteristics for the benefit of present and future generations. From this territory, and while respecting each of its components, the Parc des Falaises will emerge.
