Our Mission To provide services that support people with a developmental disability, so they may pursue individual goals and membership in the community. About Community Living - Grimsby, Lincoln and West Lincoln Founded in 1965 by determined family members, Community Living – Grimsby, Lincoln and West Lincoln is a not-for-profit charitable organization that serves all of West Niagara. Children, adults and their families are supported through a variety of programs that include one or several of the following services including adult day service, 24 hour supports at twelve adult residential homes & one children’s residence, children’s respite services, family support, family home share, special services at home and supported employment. Community Living – Grimsby, Lincoln and West Lincoln served over 300 individuals in 2014-2015 operating year.
