Community Support Connections - Meals on Wheels and More provides a variety of supports and services to enable people to age at home with independence and dignity.
We work with hundreds of local volunteers to provide Meals on Wheels, Transportation to medical appointments and other tasks of daily living, Escorted Shopping, List Shopping, Friendly Visiting, Telephone Reassurance & Security Calls, Homemaking, Yard Work & Snow Removal, Gentle Exercise classes, Community Dining Programs and Crisis Intervention Services.
