CommunityWise is currently carrying out necessary boiler upgrades and repairs identified through a recent study intended to understand the building's boiler, heating, and water treatment systems. This study was a proactive approach to the ongoing maintenance requirements of our 112 year old building.

These upgrades and repairs include modernization of all water treatment equipment; replacing dozens of radiator valves; installing new boiler parts and insulation; and steam line repair.

However, while carrying out this work, a number of additional, unanticipated issues have been identified and we require increased financial resources to address them. We could use a little extra "warmth" from our communities to see this urgent work through! All amounts are helpful!
