Our mission is to provide hospice care within the home or a home like setting, to all individuals and their loved ones; fulfilled by fully trained professionals and volunteers with respect, dignity, empathy and compassion to meet physical, spiritual and emotional needs through the end of life and bereavement journey. We are located in a rural Alberta town called Rocky Mountain House. We are a non profit organization who serves our town and surrounding county with bereavement & grief services, programs, and offers a fully functioning apartment style hospice suite for individuals entering into their end stages of life. This suite invites families to stay with their loved ones while also serving the dying individual with professional quality care. This suite is free of charge to end of life individuals and their family members, is inclusive of professional care, utilities, meals, volunteer compassionate care services and is also fully stocked & furnished.
