The Compassionate Eye Foundation works to tangibly improve lives by funding community-based development projects around the world.
Founded in 2005, CEF is a registered Canadian charity that funds small healthcare, clean water, and education projects in the developing world that tangibly improve lives, so people and communities can thrive.
In 2020 we funded two nurse-midwives and a floating lake clinic in Tonle Sap, Cambodia, the only medical services in the region, in partnership KIDS International; a school in rural Guatemala; and with our project partner, Kina, a coding school for young women in Nepal.
Our funding model is unique. We empower creative professionals like photographers, videographers, producers, to donate their time and talent to our stock photography photo shoots. In partnership with Getty Images, all proceeds from the sale of these photos fund the CEF and our projects around the world.
We also rely on your donations. Thanks to our photo shoots, we can ensure that 100% of all individual donations go directly to the projects we fund.
