CompuCorps is a registered charity located in Ottawa that operates across Canada. We are fighting to reduce the digital divide which creates barriers for youth, immigrants, seniors  and indigenous that may not be able to participate fully in our digital society. This impacts access to services and career opportunities. We focus on programs such as STEM for at-risk girls and boys 11- 15 years of age to mentor them in computer software and hardware.

We have developed one of the largest tech focused social enterprises called  TechReuse to accept laptops and computers for donation that we refurbish and provide for sale in our TechStore. These revenues create our sustainability and support our youth programming. 

The organization runs three programs including; TechYouth, TechReuse and TechMentor. It was funded in 2000, has engaged over 250 IT volunteers, and it has contributed to over 100 charity projects supported by a dedicated team of members and volunteers. Located at 1040 Somerset St W,  Ottawa, On CompuCorps is also a registered Microsoft partner and refurbisher.

MISSION STATEMENT

To benefit Canadian society by providing at risk groups (Aboriginal,youth, seniors and those living with disability)with career and life skills training focused on access to technology (computers) and the internet. Our three programs include TechYouth, TechMentor and TechReuse.
