Help us connect with 300 new adults with Type 1 diabetes through clinic outreach over the next three years.
How do adults living with Type 1 Diabetes find each other? Without a formal network, most people manage their illness on their own. We want to expand our Connected in Motion community to as many T1s as we can by meeting them at the information source: health care clinics.
We want all people with Type 1 to have access to our programming information when they check in with their clinics, and we want health care professionals to recommend our programming as a complement to traditional healthcare.
Your support will help us develop the materials to educate health care providers on the work we do to complement their services, and to cover the costs of our outreach.
