Connections is a one-of-a-kind Calgary based agency providing support to parents with cognitive challenges, helping them create safe, nurturing homes for their children.

Our family-centered services include: In-home parenting skills education, household management support, financial coaching, social and educational group programs, counselling services based on the needs of the family, and family events such as our annual summer picnic and Christmas celebration.

Our dedicated and skilled team of family support workers are experts in both parenting and disability. Everyday, they make a meaningful difference, guided by the belief that people with disabilities deserve choices, dignity, and full participation in their communities.

In contrast, the cumulative cost of child welfare intervention, court involvement, and foster care can exceed $750,000 per family.
