Our Ambition

Our ambition is a healthy watershed with clean streams, abundant forests and natural habitats that are in balance with our growing communities and engaged residents.

About Conservation Halton Foundation

Since 1974 we've raised $8.6 million to teach children about the value of nature, to help care for injured birds of prey, to plant trees, and to purchase and protect important natural lands.

For more information on these projects, please call Garner Beckett, Foundation Director, at (905) 336-1158 extension 2256.

The Foundation is currently raising funds for environmental education programs for children including the Halton Children's Water Festival and the Halton Forest Festival, the Mountsberg Shrike Recovery Project and the Mountsberg Raptor Centre as well as land conservation and habitat restoration projects across the Halton region.
