Cornerstone is providing online and phone based support to adults and families experiencing and impacted by addiction. This includes virtual counselling, crisis support, resource management and check ins. Additionally, we are providing online wellness programs including yoga and fitness classes.

We are fielding a higher than average volume of calls and emails. Isolation is extremely difficult for individuals struggling with substance abuse and we are finding that our community is having a difficult time with isolation, difficulties accessing medication, lack of services and community groups and increased feelings of anxiety and depression.

Currently, Cornerstone is without their main source of income - which is textile recycling program so donations are needed now, more than ever to help us support our community during this difficult time.
