Compagnons de Montréal creates inclusive living, welcoming, and learning environments for adults with intellectual disabilities or autism. Our mission is to create inclusive, supportive, and transformative spaces that enable adults with intellectual disabilities to develop their empowerment and build their self-confidence. We believe that every voice deserves to be heard and respected, and that diversity enriches our community. Compagnons de Montréal supports and promotes the autonomy of each individual through 3 services:-Our accommodation service which welcomes 26 residents with an intellectual difference and offers health care monitoring, activities and support 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.-Our socio-professional service which offers the possibility to 28 learners to develop their professional skills with the aim of integrating the job market. This service allows learners to discover different professions by strengthening their know-how and interpersonal skills in the following areas: sales thanks to our second-hand shop l'Annexe, agriculture thanks to our gardens and our Racines project, cooking, material resources and housekeeping.-Our activity and leisure center offers a multitude of activities: dance, art, computers, sports, bingo night and Friday disco. This service aims to diversify our activities and to value opportunities for socialization, inclusion and discovery. Inclusion, solidarity, kindness and respect are our values.
