Funds raised here will help us build Rotary Creekside Village - a thoughtfully designed community of 12 one-bedroom homes where local seniors can live with dignity, independence, and the comfort of knowing they are close to everything they need.

This vision isn't new to us. For the past 59 years, Cranbrook Rotary Projects Society has proudly owned and operated Rotary Scott Villa, home to 12 seniors at a time. Over those decades, we estimate that about 225 Cranbrook seniors have called it home - people who found security, comfort, and community there. That legacy is something we are enormously proud of.

Now, we have the opportunity to do it all over again. Rotary Creekside Village will carry that same spirit forward, welcoming another 225 seniors over the next 60 years. We are thrilled to share that, with fundraising, grants, and a favourable mortgage, we are hoping to break ground this July. We are also deeply grateful to The City of Cranbrook for generously providing the land that will make this village possible.
