About DARTMOUTH LEARNING NETWORK
The Dartmouth Learning Network (DLN) is a community-based, volunteer, non-profit organization which addresses adult learning needs by providing classroom and tutoring for Dartmouth, NS-based adults who want help with basic reading, writing, spelling, math, computer and/or employability skills.
We provide adults and their families with opportunities to build the skills necessary to live and work in a modern economy.
"Literacy is a bridge from misery to hope. It is a tool for daily life in modern society... Literacy is, finally, the road to human progress and the means through which every man, woman and child can realize his or her full potential."
Kofi Annan, co-recipient of the 2001 Nobel Peace Prize
Dartmouth Learning Network is participating in the Great Canadian Giving Challenge. During the month of June, every dollar you donate qualifies us to win $10,000. For more information visit http://givingchallenge.ca
