What People Are Saying

"On October 22, 2004 I felt I could not keep going. The sadness was all-encompassing. Thankfully I called Distress Centre's 24-Hour crisis line. The call saved my life. For the first time, I felt that someone really understood and cared. If I had not made that call I would not be here today."

— Lee Horbachewski, Former Caller and Community Partner

"Distress Centre is the only place I know where you can always find a room filled with down-to-earth, modest, everyday heroes."
