GlobalMedic provides critical humanitarian assistance to individuals affected by natural disasters, as well as refugees and persons displaced by conflict. We empower the communities we serve by delivering immediate aid, training, and ongoing support. GlobalMedic is committed to delivering the maximum amount of aid with minimal operating costs.
About Us
The David McAntony Gibson Foundation, operating as GlobalMedic, has been a registered Canadian charity since 2002.
GlobalMedic is often among the first to deliver critical interventions to people in life-threatening situations following a disaster or during times of crisis. We achieve this through our versatile Emergency Programs and our deployable Rapid Response Team - a dedicated group of emergency professionals who volunteer their time and expertise.
Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, our emergency response is fully modular and scalable. Depending on the demands of the crisis, we rapidly deploy tailored solutions - ranging from clean water and food security to medical support, shelter solutions, flood relief, and innovative response technologies like fire skids. This flexibility allows us to adapt instantly to new challenges and meet the most urgent needs on the ground.
