Dress for Success is a global not-for-profit organization that empowers women and non-binary individuals to achieve economic mobility by providing a network of support, workplace attire and the development tools to help them thrive in work and in life. Dress for Success Canada Foundation is proud to play an important role in this global network.

Through our nation-wide scope, and diversified and sustainable funding, Dress for Success Canada Foundation supports the core needs of local Canadian Network Members to effectively scale the number of women served through pre-employment and job retention programming, to help them thrive personally and professionally. We do this by:

*  Working in partnership with local Canadian Network Members and Dress for Success Worldwide to build capacity and enhance operational efficiencies

*  Sourcing revenue to support Canadian Network Member operations and programs, and drive national initiatives

*  Increasing awareness of Dress for Success and its impact in Canada

*  Coordinating national impact measurement.

Dress for Success Canadian Network Members from coast-to-coast provide women and non-binary individuals with access to free pre-employment and job retention supports including workplace attire, resume assistance, one-on-one interview prep, career coaching, assistance accessing government and community resources, peer-support and skills building workshops designed to provide them  with the tools they need to enter the workforce and find and retain meaningful employment.

As an organization, we stand for gender equality and inclusive, intersectional feminism. We believe that every woman deserves to thrive in work and life and we exist to support that journey through building skills and community. Our programs are open to all women and non-binary individuals who are seeking an environment that centres the experiences of women and non-binary individuals. Our services explicitly address the need for women and non-binary individual focused pre-employment services for the increasing number of women and non-binary individuals who have lost work or are looking for employment.
