Women make up the vast majority of the world’s non-literate adults and literacy/numeracy programs greatly improve their chances of success. The Dyana Afghan Women’s Fund provide literacy programs for women and girls in rural Afghanistan, where education is often limited or non-existent, That helps improve the women’s lives and their community.
Your $20 donation will provide one woman with books, school supplies, pens and pencils to pursue her education.
$100 covers the teacher's salary for one month.
$150 provides basic literacy/numeracy skills for one woman.
$750 covers the cost of education for a woman to earn a certificate which will enable her to find a job or enroll in higher education.
