We are a non-profit, registered charitable organization serving Simcoe County and South Georgian Bay, including Collingwood, Wasaga Beach, Stayner and surrounding areas.
Our mission is to uplift individuals and families through inclusive support services, ensuring that everyone can fully participate as valued community members. We advocate for equality and foster belonging, where every person feels accepted, respected, and supported.
What We Do: E3 offers a wide range of programs and services, including:
- Children & Youth Services: EarlyON Child and Family Centres, Tots ’n’ Tykes Child Care, and respite care.
- Adult Services: Supported independent living, community engagement, and employment supports.
- Passport Funding Administration: Helping adults with developmental disabilities access personalized supports.
- Social Enterprises: Our Reuse Centre thrift store and Oasis by the Bay Motel create employment opportunities and reinvest proceeds into our mission.
With over 70 years of service, E3 continues to innovate and adapt to meet the unique needs of individuals and families, promoting independence, choice, and quality of life.
