Established in 1981, the School is a contemporary dance training leader in Canada.
Established in 1981 and specialized in professional contemporary dance training, the Montreal School of Contemporary Dance is an educational institution affiliated with the Cégep du Vieux Montréal and accredited by the Ministère de l’Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport. The school is a centre of excellence in the performing arts and has trained more than 300 dancers who now perform with renowned dance companies in Quebec, Canada and abroad, including Marie Chouinard, O Vertigo, Cas Public, Cirque du Soleil, Carré des Lombes and Flak.
