Since the 1967 opening of the Mental Health Centre in Winkler, Eden has grown to include a range of clinical and community mental health programs including housing, employment and counseling services for all community members in Southern Manitoba and Winnipeg.
Our Vision Statement states "That people on the mental health journey experience hope, healing and community."
Our approach is holistic, in that not only do we care for someone who is dealing with a critical mental health event. We also provide continued care for the individual once that person is re-engaged with the community. We help with finding housing and we help with assessing workplace readiness and assistance in finding employment and supporting the individual and the employer.
