Our Festival Mission:
To promote public awareness, understanding, and appreciation for cultural diversity through an annual summer festival, as well as to provide educational events, programs, and/or projects on a year round basis.
About EDMONTON HERITAGE FESTIVAL ASSOCIATION
The Edmonton Heritage Festival is a celebration of multiculturalism held annually, on the first weekend in August, in Edmonton’s beautiful river valley.
In Festival features 70+ tented pavilions representing over 100 countries and cultures. The pavilions provide over 600 food items ranging from small samples to full meals. They share 35 outdoor stages with 900 free shows over the three day event and they provide free cultural displays including local goods and vignettes of local life to over 350,000 visitors over the three days.
