About EDMONTON SOCIAL PLANNING COUNCIL
The ESPC is a non-partisan organisation with 80+ years of experience here in Edmonton with focus areas including: poverty, housing, food insecurity, literacy, and others related to equity seeking populations in Edmonton.
We work closely with other non-profits and capacity building organisations to collect and analyse timely and relevant data, publish annual/comparable reports on the state of living in Edmonton and Alberta, and assist in providing quality statistics and stories to support non-profits in their daily or strategic work.
We are the primary producers of Alberta's edition of the Child Poverty Report, founding partners of the Alberta Living Wage, and provide real-time updates to our Social Wellbeing Indicators Tracker.
