Our goal is to bring about an improvement in the standard of living in the Developing World and Aboriginal Communities where we are presently involved by providing a quality education for children. While providing this fundamental education we strive to preserve and propagate values of environmental stewardship and cultural identity

We contribute to a state of quality education and literacy by;

• Engaging and exciting children about the learning process.

• Providing accessible continued education to peoples of remote and impoverished communities through school support projects and school builds.

• Providing teacher training and professional development for teachers

• Supporting and initiating projects promoting cultural understanding, sharing, and education between western society and people from both Aboriginal and foreign communities

• Supporting and initiating projects which cultivate values of environmental stewardship amongst school age children.

About ELEPHANT THOUGHTS EDUCATIONAL OUTREACH

Elephant Thoughts is a registered Canadian charity, founded in 2002 by a group of teachers, principals, and other professional educators. Our mandate is to promote high standards of education worldwide despite economic or geographic barriers, while supporting initiatives which propagate cultural understanding and sharing among school-aged children.

We contribute to a state of universal education and literacy by supporting schools, training teachers, and by making new technologies in education and opportunities for continued education accessible.

We are a unique charity in that over 80% of our funds are generated by our own initiatives. The organization is built on a thriving business of creating, marketing, and delivering effective educational programs to Canadian educational organizations, schools, museums, community centers, and event planners. Our solid foundation allows for 100% of every donation to go exactly where the doner wishes, none is lost to administration.
