Mission: To support children, youth, and individuals in building resilience and self-regulation across the health–illness continuum by promoting self-esteem, mental health, and overall well-being.

Vision: To foster adaptive mindsets that support wellness, reduce bullying, and address the broader impact of social determinants of health—while building a more caring and empathetic society.

• To advance education on mental health and wellness, including bullying prevention and self-esteem development.

• To support research and development focused on self-esteem and to disseminate related findings.

• To provide funding and support to other foundations and charities with aligned missions that qualify as donees.

Embrace Health Foundation provides preventative and interventional resources addressing all forms of bullying, including cyberbullying, as well as challenges such as ghosting and trolling in the dating space and navigating complex social dynamics related to bullying.

We offer early mindfulness, youth mindfulness, and family mindfulness education and resources. Embrace Health Foundation takes a comprehensive, generational approach, supporting the interconnected aspects of self-esteem for children, youth, and families.

Our mission is to build resilient individuals grounded in self-regulation, stress management, conflict resolution, and compassion, guided by self-esteem research and development conducted by Embrace Health Foundation.
