Our History:
The ESCR was founded in 1987 as a cooperative response by local churches, faith organizations, agencies and community groups to meet the unique needs of refugees and immigrants.
The ESCR’s Revolving Loan Fund allows local refugees, immigrants and other migrants to pay for permanent residence applications, family reunification needs and other emergency needs. Loans go to people who have no other alternatives.
