HELP US BRING CLEAN DRINKING WATER AND ESSENTIAL PPE SUPPLIES TO OUR HOMELESS COMMUNITY THIS SUMMER!

Founded in 1999, Project Water was conceived in response to the inexcusable fact that more homeless people die from dehydration in the summer than from exposure in the winter. Safe, clean drinking water is not a luxury, but the human body’s most fundamental need. Unfortunately, it’s a basic need that many homeless individuals in the GTA too often go without. Especially during these hot summer months, a bottle of water can save a life.

COVID-19 has heightened an already critical situation on our streets and in our shelters and we will do whatever we can to assist our vulnerable citizens. For Summer 2021, we are adapting and will focus our fundraising efforts specifically on purchasing PPE (face masks and hand sanitizer) to be distributed to homeless individuals and agencies/shelters.

With your generous contributions, our goal is to distribute PPE supplies and bottled water to at least 200 agencies/shelters (including 400,000 bottles of water). Every $50 raised provides drinking water and essential survival items to help save lives this summer!
